About Penny · 30+ years on the tools

They called me pocket rocket. I'll take it.

I'm Penny Petridis. I grew up in the garage next to my dad, making furniture for mum. I bought my first car before I even had my licence — and rebuilt it from the wheels up. I've been on the tools more than 30 years, and I built this Academy because I kept meeting women doing it completely alone.

My story

Three businesses, every mistake, made first.

I didn't read about any of this. I lived it — the under-quoting, the jobs that ate my weekends, the years of working hard and still wondering where the money went. I built three businesses and hit every bottleneck on the way.

That's the point. I'm not someone who talks about it. I've done it. So when you bring me a job, a quote, a fear — I've usually already made that exact mistake, and I can save you from it.

The one that still stings

Early on I quoted a bathroom at $1,200 because I was too scared to ask for more. It cost me $1,900 to do. I sat in the van and cried — then I built the pricing system so it never happened again. That exact system is in the program.

"I built this program because I kept meeting women like you — doing it completely alone. That ends here."

Why I built it

So no woman has to start from scratch.

Every skill I learned the hard way, every structure I wish someone had handed me — that's what the Academy is. Workshops to start, a community to keep going, a program to go pro, and private mentoring when you outgrow the room.
